Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of five years' experience in drilling operations, including Mud/Air Rotary/ARCH capabilities
2. A valid Class A California Driver's License and clean driving record
3. Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate various types of drilling equipment
4. Familiarity with different drilling techniques is a plus
5. Physical fitness to work in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions
Additional requirements include willingness to work longer shifts, weekends, and out of town, as well as a commitment to adhering to our safety protocols and completing necessary training. We maintain a strict Zero Tolerance drug policy and expect all employees to comply with our company policies.
