Children's Ages: Care will be for four children, with a focus on the youngest ages, 8, 6, 3 and 14 months old.
About the Children:
The family has four children, each with their own unique interests and personalities. The two oldest are in school full-time and are energetic, active, and enjoy sports, building with Legos, and spending time outdoors. The three-year-old attends preschool part-time and is full of enthusiasm for pretend play, arts and crafts, dancing, and all things imaginative. As the youngest child will be home full-time, the majority of the nanny's time and focus will be dedicated to her. She is curious, active, and loves exploring tactile activities and engaging with her siblings whenever they are around.
About the Family:
Dual working parents. MOM works from home and dad works from home on occasion.
About the Pets:
EX. EX: There are no pets in the home.
EX: This family has two indoor cats and a sweet 35 lb Goldendoodle - all candidates must be pet friendly.

A day in the life...
Standard Duties:
All standard nanny duties include ensuring the children’s safety and well-being, engaging them in age-appropriate activities, maintaining daily routines, and encouraging developmental milestones. Responsibilities also cover managing children’s laundry, preparing meals and snacks, packing lunches, tidying up after the children, and organizing their belongings.
Travel Requirements:
No travel is required.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…
2 years of nanny experience with toddlers and school-age children
Experience caring for 3 children at a time.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a big family setting, be open-minded and curious, and feel comfortable caring for three or more children at a time. They should enjoy being a helpful and supportive presence, remain calm under stressful situations, and genuinely love being around kids. A focus on education and development is key, along with the ability to engage the children in age-appropriate activities while maintaining a watchful eye to ensure safety and well-being.
Compensation And Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):
The family is offering $29-$35/hour (gross).
Benefits and Perks Offered:
This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2 weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.
Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3 years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18 years old and a high school graduate (2-4 year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker

CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
