Position Summary
ABC Pathways is seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the Chicagoland area. The LBA will be responsible for the assessment, development, implementation, and ongoing oversight of individualized treatment plans. The LBA supervises Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring high-quality service delivery in accordance with ethical guidelines and evidence-based practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of individuals with autism.
- Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles.
- Supervise and provide ongoing guidance to RBTs and other staff implementing the behavior plans.
- Monitor progress through data collection, analysis, and regular assessments.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to provide the best possible care.
- Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and professional standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Maintain detailed records, service schedules, and progress reports
Qualifications
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA credential in the state of Illinois)
Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA services
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
Proficiency with electronic data collection systems and clinical documentation

Salary Range: $75,000- $90,000 per year based on experience
