What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst position at Alternative Behavior Services?
Alternative Behavior Services LLC is looking to hire a full time BCBA to work with children and adults in our clinic.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develop positive behavior change programs for adults and young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior. Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with clients individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols.
- Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding clients. Utilize safe & appropriate handling procedures when working with clients. Maintain client confidentiality.
- Assist with skill acquisition and behavior reduction assessments, training and maintenance.
- Collaborate with a treatment team including clients, nurses, psychiatrist, parents and caregivers and teachers.
- Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending required trainings.
- Candidate must be a BCBA.
