C.A.B.S - Autism & Behavior Specialists create environments where children learn to love to learn. Their programs focus on remediating challenges related to maladaptive behaviors, communication, motivation, flexibility, social interactions, and more. They offer comprehensive programs for children ages 2-26 based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in clinic, home, school, and community settings in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, as well as Rome and Savannah, Georgia.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst located in Itasca, IL. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, providing parent education, implementing applied behavior analysis strategies, and managing behavior in various settings.
- Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
- Parent Education and Psychology knowledge
- Experience in Behavior Management
- BCBA certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with children and families
- Experience in working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders preferred
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
