Our family owned and operated office, located in Arlington Heights, IL, has an opening for an outstanding entry-level Accounts Payable Clerk who is great with numbers!
Responsibilities:
- Enter and pay bills timely and accurately
- Sort, code, and verify accuracy of invoices
- Process invoices for payment
- Update customer records with materials used
- Assist customers with service orders
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing and other office procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience (preferred)
- Degree in Accounting (preferred, but not necessary)
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience with Sage Intacct or/and ServiceTitan (experience in either is a plus)
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
