In this role, you will serve as the operational hub for our membership programs across multiple companies and locations. You'll ensure smooth management of individual customer accounts while optimizing processes for membership sign-ups, cancellations, changes, and renewals. Key Responsibilities
- Membership Management:
- Oversee customer membership programs across multiple companies and states.
- Manage customer account updates, sign-ups, cancellations, and inquiries.
- Ensure members are matched with the correct plans based on their equipment and preferences.
- Data Management:
- Use tools like ServiceTitan reporting and Excel (or similar platforms) to manage and analyze large amounts of data efficiently
- Develop and implement more efficient processes to improve operational workflows.
- Communication:
- Serve as the point of contact for CSR and internal teams, ensuring clear communication about program changes or updates.
- Communicate directly with customers to address membership concerns, explain benefits, and clarify questions.
- Customer Support:
- Handle light customer concerns and escalate when necessary.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Process Improvement:
- Evaluate existing workflows and recommend new, more efficient methods for managing memberships.
- Implement process changes effectively and ensure all stakeholders are informed.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain organized records for multiple membership programs across various companies.
- Manage account details, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in updates.
Qualifications
- Required Skills:
- Proven ability to manage large amounts of data with accuracy and efficiency.
- Proven ability to utilize and leverage AI.
- Strong understanding of ServiceTitan reporting, Zappier, or similar software platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask across multiple systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and external audiences.
- Experience handling light customer concerns and providing clear solutions.
- Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with managing memberships or account-based customer relationships.
- Process-driven mindset with a proven ability to evaluate and improve workflows.
- Experience working with membership programs in different states or service industries.
