Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic, friendly, and knowledgeable Outside Sales Representatives to join our Roofing & Solar Sales Team in Sacramento and surrounding areas! As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, building and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting our roofing services to both residential and commercial clients. You will leverage your expertise in roofing systems to educate potential customers on our products and services, estimate job costs, and close sales in a fast-paced and competitive market.
All of our reps also benefit from company generated sales leads and the ability to reach additional prospects through our exclusive regional partnership with America's largest home improvement retailer; Lowe’s. All applicants must be able to participate in a 2 day in person introductory interview/training in Redding, CA to be considered for hire. The position is commission based. (We provided $36 million worth of leads to our reps in 2024)
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in residential and commercial roofing sales or a related field (minimum 2 years).
In-depth knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Established network of industry contacts and local referral sources.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to assess and estimate roofing needs on-site.
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Proficiency with CRM software and computer systems.
Responsibilities:
- Take pictures and document residential roof details and basic electrical details
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Salary : $80,000 - $250,000
