ABC Warehouse is growing our team at our Internet E-Commerce channel, US Appliance, in Auburn Hills, Michigan . We are presently seeking reliable, self-motivated, and service-driven individuals who are looking for a dynamic and rewarding role in an Ecommerce as a Customer Service Representative!
Founded by Gordon “Gordy” Hartunian with a single store in Centerline, Michigan, ABC Warehouse has been family-owned and operated since 1963 and has grown to become one of the Midwest’s largest and most successful retailers offering appliances, TVs, electronics, mattresses, and furniture. With 600 employees and 42 storefront locations throughout Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana, we continue to expand our footprint and remain fiercely dedicated to providing our customers with low prices, top name-brands, and excellent service.
Our Customer Service Representatives serve a critical role in our mission to provide that outstanding level of customer service by ensuring the customer’s experience and improve their relationship with the company. If you are energetic, organized, and solution-orientated, we would love to have you as part of our team as a full-time Customer Service Representative!
Customer Service Representative Duties :
- Answer inbound call volume
- Track freight returns
- Prep freight returns for claims
- Create & process bill of lading returns with freight carriers & customers
- Assist with chargebacks and BBB reporting
- Find problem resolution with extended warranty issues
- Data Entry
