We are seeking a Customer Service/Billing to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing service information and answering any questions/inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and handle customer inquiries, follow up on calls
- Provide information about the services and get feedback once job is completed
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Record invoices from suppliers and insure bills are paid on time
- Create invoices and collect payments, keep up to date AP and AR
- Scheduling
- Verify accuracy of invoices and resolve discrepancies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, accounting, AP/AR, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
