As a Senior Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks at commercial properties within your designated territory. Your work may include:
- Plumbing
- HVAC maintenance and repairs
- Electrical work
- Roofing
- Carpentry
- Concrete repairs
- Welding
- General labor tasks
- Demolition
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as the role evolves.
- Must have a clean and valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history
- Must have off-street parking for a company vehicle with commercial plates (not applicable for Staten Island or Upstate NY)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using computers and mobile devices
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Proven track record of reliable employment
- Must be available for rotating weekend on-call shifts (at least once per month)
