COO

A leading company is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and optimize its growing operations. The COO will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery across clinical and school services, driving operational efficiency, and executing the company’s vision for growth. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong financial understanding, a track record of scaling organizations, and the ability to empower teams while maintaining excellence in service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency across all departments
• Lead and develop teams within clinical and school services, fostering a culture of accountability and growth
• Drive expansion efforts, identifying opportunities to scale operations and improve customer experience
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and P&L oversight
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices while maintaining high-quality service delivery
• Optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and support long-term growth

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in healthcare, education, or a related industry
• Strong operational background with experience in process improvement and business scaling
• Financial expertise with a deep understanding of P&L management
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to unify and motivate teams

• • Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a plus

Salary $300K-$350K (Hybrid option)
