JOB SUMMARY :
This role is a hands-on position responsible for shipping 3D Product and cleaning / maintaining 3D Printers.
RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES :
- Package and Ship production parts daily, including using UPS / FedEx terminals.
- Clean / Setup and insert product into equipment. Remove product from equipment.
- Continuously inspect produced parts for conformance to specifications. Identify and separate defective products.
- Must be able to troubleshoot quickly and make decisions on the fly to keep the shift running.
- Report problems with equipment or product to department supervisor or manager.
- Achieve or exceed levels of production that have been established for equipment type.
- Read and follow job instructions on work tickets for each job.
- Ensure production quality standards are met
- Report production information to the supervisor as requested.
- Always comply with the use of safety equipment and procedures.
- Always maintain a neat and clean work area.
- Other duties as business needs arise
