Excavation Project Superintendent

ABE Excavating LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Superintendent. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide team leadership, manage crew members’ daily activities and production.  Maintain accurate reporting records including job quantities, time sheets, and daily management reports.
• Ensure self-performed and subcontracted work is in compliance with contract documents and project schedule.
• Prepare Daily, Weekly, & Monthly Project Line-Out and scheduling.
• Ability to operate Excavating equipment and layout, surveying and machine control/grading software.
• Attend and participate in progress meetings.  Problem solve and adjust to changing circumstances as needed.
• Additional duties as needed and assigned by management.

Must be able to understand directions and communicate effectively with management and fellow foremen / superintendents. Four years or more of industry-related supervision experience or equivalent education is required.
