ABE Paints is seeking an ambitious, hardworking professional to join the team! An ABE Paints store Inventory Specialist will work with the leadership and warehouse team to create an efficient and effective work environment. The right candidate will have strong management, organizational, and customer service skills, effective time-management skills, and a desire to succeed. Great schedule 8-5, Monday through Fridays, no weekends!
- Control organizational office tasks
- Daily inventory counts based on usage
- Inventory count research and adjustments
- Inventory binning, product location adjustments
- Work closely with the warehouse manager to receive in new product and shipments and complete the related receiving paperwork
- Organize outgoing transfers and do the paperwork for incoming transfers
- Monitor and place orders for store supplies and/or services
- Collect all store receipts for gas and credit card purchases and send to accounting
- Implement administrative procedures delegated by Regional Manager or Operations
- Conduct monthly store meetings to improve inventory management
- Assist in keeping facility clean, neat, safe, and operating efficiently.
- Perform other related duties, as assigned.
