Dana Tyler Jewelry is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to handle inventory management, ordering processes, and supply chain logistics. This role ensures accurate inventory tracking, efficient product flow, and supports business goals through effective inventory control.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage inventory systems to monitor stock levels, shipments, and product allocation.
Plan and coordinate product replenishment, deliveries, and new arrivals.
Maintain accurate SKUs and update inventory databases.
Perform inventory audits, cycle counts, and spot checks.
Develop relationships with vendors and streamline supply chain processes.
Process customer repairs, returns, and website order fulfillment.
Generate inventory reports and provide insights to leadership.
Collaborate with store managers and team members to address inventory needs.
Competencies & Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.
Proficiency in inventory systems, data analysis, and supply chain processes.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Lift up to 25lbs.
