Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Planning

  • Develop and implement innovative, data-driven digital marketing strategies to meet clients’ business objectives across diverse industries.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align digital strategies with the overall vision and growth goals of the agency.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives within the agency, ensuring the adoption of new trends, tools, and technologies.

Client Service Consultation

  • Act as the primary digital consultant for clients, identifying their goals and crafting tailored digital strategies.
  • Build strong client relationships by demonstrating expertise in SEO, SEM, paid social, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Keep a watchful eye on the evolution of AI tools that will improve digital marketing efforts and make relevant suggestions to agency leadership.
  • Campaign Development Execution

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital campaigns including search engine marketing, social media (organic and paid), content marketing, influencer outreach, and display advertising.
  • Collaborate with account strategists and / or creative team to proactively identify tactics to enhance PR programs and creative deliverables.
  • Manage agency accounts for digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management systems.
  • Ensure that all campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, optimized for performance, and aligned with strategic goals.
  • Manage and monitor client and firm SEO and website engagement.
  • Evaluate, recommend and implement optimizations for SEO, content strategy and online lead capture.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including production schedule, implement segmentation and retargeting strategies, run A / B and / or dynamic content tests, and create lists for deployment.
  • Create social media content and manage other content creators.
  • As agency needs evolve, lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, continuous learning, and performance excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, account, and strategy) to integrate digital strategies into broader marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding of top digital talent, ensuring the team has the necessary skills to meet evolving client needs.
  • Data, Analytics Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for all digital initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to optimize ROI.
  • Develop and execute A / B testing strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Track performance across standard email indicators such as deliverability, open rate, and click rate.
  • Develop and present detailed performance reports for clients, clearly articulating the impact of digital strategies on business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, regulatory and compliance standards, and emerging platforms.
  • Manage budgets for digital campaigns, ensuring cost-effective use of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Negotiate with vendors and third-party agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables and competitive pricing for digital marketing services.
  • Agency Growth Thought Leadership

  • Support business development efforts, contributing digital expertise to pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  • Serve as a Thought Leader in the digital marketing and social media space, contributing to industry panels, conferences, and agency marketing content.
  • Introduce new technologies and trends to enhance the agency’s digital marketing capabilities.
  • Qualifications Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within an agency or corporate setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and executing integrated digital marketing strategies across paid, earned, and owned media.
  • Deep expertise in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficient in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and social media insights tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop digital talent.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex digital concepts to both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and demonstrate the value of digital initiatives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and properly prioritize in order to meet all deadlines.
