Position Summary :
The Accounting Clerk is responsible for supporting the finance department by performing a variety of clerical and accounting tasks. This includes processing transactions, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate financial records in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
- Prepare and distribute invoices, bills, and account statements.
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial reporting.
- Enter financial data into accounting software systems.
- Support payroll processing as needed.
- Respond to vendor and client inquiries regarding billing and payments.
- Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.
