What you will do
- Process accounts receivables invoices and credits.
- Record and invoice credit and cash received and prepare bank deposit.
- Provide customers with account information.
- Prepare vendor payables.
- Enter and process purchase orders.
- Match and enter stock receipts and receivables.
- Print reports and price books.
- Check credit applications and respond to credit reference calls.
- Assist sales personnel with quotes, order entry and inter-store transfers.
- Provide clerical support by filing, sorting and opening mail.

Education Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
Experience Qualifications
- 1-3 years accounts receivable experience required.
