We have a dynamic opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our winning team! Our ideal Customer Service Representative will join our Elite team at Artella Solutions and will be responsible for assisting healthcare patients and practices with their equipment along with handling any questions or concerns they may have.
Job Details
The ideal candidate will need to have 2 plus years of customer service experience (preferably in the medical field as an MA or equivalent) with a solid work background. This individual must be willing to work every other weekend and holidays. They will be required to visit clinics and patients as well. Candidate must be well spoken and have the ability to speak appropriately with clinic staff. They must possess the ability to be patient with all customers (clinics, sales reps, and patients alike). Bilingual is preferred, but not required.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- 2 years Customer Service Experience.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Bi-lingual Spanish preferred, a plus
- Strong computer skills MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication.
- Candidate should pay close attention to detail.
- Compassion and caring nature.
- Uniforms and training will be provided.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
