Requirements :
- Valid Child Abuse Certificate.
- FBI background clearance.
Key Responsibilities :
Invoice Management :
Log, code, copy, and process invoices for payment by the County Accounts Payable Department.
Vendor Relations :
Investigate and resolve payment and billing discrepancies with vendors and the County Accounts Payable Department.
Data Entry & Reconciliation :
Code invoices for data entry into the agency’s internal accounting system.
Payroll Support :
Review bi-weekly payroll with the fiscal payroll processor.
Reporting & Compliance :
Update the quarterly expense reconciliation report and resolve variances.
Back-Up Responsibilities :
Support data entry of invoices and journal entries, employee travel vouchers, and monthly client payments.
