Our client is seeking a Computer Operator to join their team in Harrisburg, PA. This role involves monitoring enterprise IT systems, documenting and escalating issues, and supporting system recovery activities.
Job Details:
- Location: On-site – Harrisburg, PA
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts | Rotating 3-4 day workweeks
- Pay: $20-$25/hr (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor IT infrastructure and escalate issues as needed
- Track and document system performance and incidents
- Support system recovery and troubleshooting efforts
- Follow established procedures for incident response
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in computer operations or related IT support
- Ability to work on a rotating schedule
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Must pass an FBI background check to obtain a Gaming License
