Your Impact:
As a Human Services Policy Analyst, you’ll dive deep into Title IV-E compliance, ensuring funding and policies for foster care, juvenile probation, and adolescent programs run smoothly. You’ll analyze data, provide technical assistance, and help shape key policies that affect programs like the Boys and Girls Club, youth centers, and protective services. Your work will make a lasting impact on children, families, and communities!
- Master the Title IV-E reimbursement system to drive effective policy changes.
- Provide expert advice to counties and agencies on foster care, adoption, and juvenile services.
- Analyze and enhance financial reporting processes to support youth and adolescent programs.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field OR
- 3 years of experience in child welfare, juvenile programs, or foster care OR
- 5 years of experience in fiscal management for state and federal funding.
