Keystone Autism Services is seeking a full time Administrative & Process Review Manager to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.
The Administrative & Process Review Manager exists to monitor compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements for all assigned service areas. This position works with leadership and supervisors to ensure all programs interpret and implement licensing regulations, agreement requirements, and guidelines and procedures in a consistent manner.
Job Details/Benefits:

- Salary starts at $56,000 per year and may increase based on experience

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent organizational, time management, multi-tasking, computer and phone skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to read, interpret and apply written information
- Intermediate computer skills, ability to learn new systems
- Ability to manage time-sensitive deadlines, adapt to frequent change, and respond effectively in high stress situations
- Valid driver’s license and daily access to a properly insured vehicle
- Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Administrative experience and/or experience in a related field
- Experience reviewing and implementing processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements
