You'll facilitate engaging Webex training sessions and help manage JNET registrations. Job Duties
- Provides dedicated administrative support for IT management and personnel.
- Works closely with case management systems trainers to facilitate Webex calls and training sessions.
- Functions as AOPC's JNET Registrar, entering JNET Registration for Magisterial District Judges and staff users. Assists users and conducts audits of JNET user information.
- Acts as point of contact for training rooms, conference rooms, and video conference scheduling.
- Creates documentation for trainer travel and assists with hotel lodgings and expenses.
- Prints training materials and orders training supplies.
- Maintains daily Flex and Unplanned Leave Calendars.
- Provides front desk receptionist assistance, as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree OR
- Any equivalent combination of experience performing administrative staff work involving a variety of assignments.
Additional Requirements
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
- A satisfactory criminal background check is required.
