Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant – Nonprofit Association Support
Location: Harrisburg, PA
Job Type: Part-Time (24 hours/week), with the opportunity to transition to Full-Time and be considered Permanent role.
Salary: $18/hour to $20/hour

What You’ll Do:
- Take Ownership: You’ll be expected to handle projects with minimal guidance, owning your work and taking pride in producing high-quality results.
- Manage Office Tasks: Answer and direct phone calls, maintain schedules, organize files, and handle general administrative duties for the association.
- Assist with Nonprofit Association Activities:
- Coordinate communication with members, partners, and regulatory agencies.
- Organize membership records, process renewals, and maintain up-to-date member documentation.
- Help prepare event materials, newsletters, and other nonprofit-related content.
- Support in collecting membership fees and managing event registrations.
- Communication: Draft and send professional emails, coordinate meetings and events, greet visitors with a welcoming attitude, and handle member inquiries related to the nonprofit's initiatives.
- Support Your Team: Prepare reports, manage data entry, assist with bookkeeping and invoicing, and handle administrative tasks related to the nonprofit's operations.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to members, clients, and colleagues, resolving issues promptly and professionally to ensure member satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- A self-starter who anticipates needs and completes work efficiently and productively.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks with minimal direction.
- Adaptability: Comfort with managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant experience in healthcare and/or pharmacy is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Experience or familiarity with nonprofit organizations or associations is a plus but not required.
