Position Overview : We are seeking a part-time Front Desk Office Assistant to serve as the welcoming, first point of contact of our organization. This role is responsible for ensuring a top-level customer experience, managing front desk operations, and assisting with administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency. This is a temp role. Key Responsibilities : Front Desk Operations : Answer, screen, and route incoming calls appropriately. Provide a warm and professional experience for clients, guests, and employees, both in person and over the phone. Direct incoming phone inquiries and walk-in customers to the appropriate department. Maintain awareness of daily office activities to effectively connect departments, clients, and visitors. Greet and escort walk-in clients, ensuring they receive the information and assistance they need. Administrative & Office Support : Distribute incoming mail and packages. Maintain a clean and organized reception, stock room, and front office area, including stocking office supplies, literature, pamphlets, and business cards. Assist with filing, scanning, and light administrative tasks as needed. Monitor and restock office and kitchen supplies in coordination with the Office Manager. Stock, maintain, and organize the beverage station in client lounge area. Compile and email daily office news. Assist with Training class check-ins and coordinate class lunch orders. Help with setup for special events as needed. Customer Support : Assist with basic customer service console tasks, such as handling spam inquiries and directing questions for other departments, while escalating legitimate issues as necessary. Qualifications & Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor. Basic proficiency with office equipment and software. Prior experience in a customer service, front desk, or administrative role preferred. This is a part-time, non-exempt, 100% on-site position.
