You will be directly involved in all phases of litigation, including legal research, case analysis, drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery materials, and representing clients in court proceedings, including depositions and trials. This role involves significant client interaction, including attending meetings, negotiating settlements, and advocating for clients’ interests.
