Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of commercial litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
- Draft pleadings, briefs, and legal memoranda for complex business disputes
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation matters
- Attend court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations
- Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on high-stakes litigation cases
- Manage client relationships and provide strategic legal counsel
- J.D. and admission to the Pennsylvania Bar
- 3-6 years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience handling depositions, motions, and court appearances preferred
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong client service skills and business acumen
