Associate Attorney - Commercial Litigation

Note: This position is a hybrid work environment for the Cherry Hill, NJ office.

Job Description

• Handle commercial litigation and consumer collection litigation cases from start to finish, including trial when necessary.
• Manage a high-volume practice with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Travel to courthouses throughout PA and NJ as needed.
• Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and handle discovery processes.
• Collaborate with clients to develop strategies and provide legal counseling.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in commercial and consumer collection litigation.
• Bankruptcy litigation experience is highly desirable.
• Licensed to practice in both PA and NJ; PA litigation experience is required.
• Exceptional research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage a heavy caseload.
