Litigation Attorney
This regional defense firm is busy and wants to add an attorney with 1-4 years civil litigation practice experience. You must be admitted to PA state Bar and NJ or NY is a bonus. The firm is client -focused with capable trial attorneys. Have experience drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, answering written discovery, taking/defending depositions and handling oral arguments Have good academic credentials as well as strong research, writing, organization, and analytical skills. Have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
As a young associate you'd be given responsibility early on with good supervision. Its a good place to learn to be an excellent litigator. The office can be in Center City or Montgomery County.
