Become part of the Connect Litigation team that for more than a decade has represented many of the country’s top trial law firms and corporate clients with logistics, strategy and technology.

The primary role is providing entry-level technology support to law firm and corporate clients by performing problem diagnosis and providing timely solutions to the end users in a war room environment during trial; clearly communicating technical solutions in a professional manner; setup and install hardware on a regular basis; provide onsite assistance to clients as needed; documenting all support activities; and performing related work as required. Connect is a nationally sourced company, but optimal location is in one of our busy regions, including the East Coast.

General Description:

  • Provide onsite support to law firm clients for trials and hearings
  • Travel as needed to provide technical and AV support projects throughout the U.S. (multiple-day trips)
  • Respond to and investigates end user issues, inquiries, concerns, and provide appropriate technical and/or product related information in a timely and courteous manner
  • Provide a variety of technical support duties
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management
  • Frequent travel to hotels and offsite locations to set up, break down and support office workstation systems and computer networks

Responsibilities:

  • Hands on warehouse time as it relates to shipping, receiving and client requests
  • Troubleshoot computer issues and networking setups
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Communicate with people with varying degrees of technological knowledge
  • Provide clear and accurate documentation for clients and management
  • Unbox, lift and setup network and computer equipment

Requirements:

  • 12 months experience in related job or schooling/experience
  • Flexible with travel, long hours and changing work environments
  • Ability to lift, carry and place equipment (50 pounds) in various working space conditions
  • Analytical thinker and proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to learn and understand new technical applications
  • Experience with office and project management
  • Proficient in Office 365, and Windows 10/11
  • Knowledge of networking and computer hardware
  • Fantastic organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Brilliant written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow directions and ask questions

As part of Connect’s requirements for 24/7 support services, this position does require long hours, travel and varying job activities requiring remote access and flexible scheduling. Frequent locations include Texas, California, New York, Florida, and Washington DC along with many more.

This position is an exempt position, with bonuses provided for billed time. This position reports to Connect Litigation owners. There are currently no direct reports to this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
