WRDT operates under a collaborative contracting framework – Partnering for Success (P4S) – and is engaged in delivering design, construction, maintenance and facility management services for Sydney Water’s 10-year infrastructure program across wastewater, water, and recycled water systems.
About The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated and proactive Graduate Community & Engagement Advisor to join our team, supporting the Western Regional Delivery Team (WRDT) JV project. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in community engagement within the infrastructure sector, working closely with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
As part of our team, you'll be involved in developing and implementing communication strategies, engaging with local stakeholders, and contributing to meaningful community interactions that support the successful delivery of this significant project.
This role will be based at Prospect and offers a hybrid working arrangement once established within the role.

- A relevant tertiary qualification in/relating to Communications, Public Relations, Community Engagement or an associated field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging messages for differing audiences.

- A proactive and adaptable mindset, comfortable navigating dynamic project environments.
- A team-oriented approach, with the ability to collaborate across different disciplines.
