Your Role:
- Cultivate and maintain meaningful partnerships with local realtors to enhance awareness of our new home offerings.
- Leverage social media and other marketing channels to build brand visibility within the realtor community.
- Plan and execute engaging events, grand openings, and networking opportunities that showcase our homes and create buzz.
- Collaborate closely with our sales team to align marketing efforts and maximize outreach effectiveness.
- Bring a sales-driven mindset to every interaction, ensuring a proactive and results-oriented approach to community engagement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or community relations, ideally within the real estate or homebuilding industry.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills with a talent for building lasting relationships.
- Experience in event planning and execution, with a detail-oriented and creative mindset.
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation to engage and grow our audience.
- A self-starter attitude with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.
- A passion for sales and community engagement, with the ability to drive traffic and interest in our builder communities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing software is a plus
