Abernathey Development LLC is seeking a Construction Project Engineer to join our team. As a Construction Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, and design, of Class A Self-Storage facilities throughout the Southwest.
Job Expectations :
- Manage submittals, working with our architectures for value engineering.
- Handle requests for information and working with professional engineers, utility companies, and city and county municapalities.
- Assist with civil engineering, cost estimating, and engineering layout.
- Reviewing architectural and engineering plans with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Coordinate and support for field project managers.
- Prepare proposals, specifications, and procurement documents
