Location: Yakima (not remote)
Position: Manager (Full-Time) Monday – Friday/ Firm closes at noon on Fridays
Salary: $55,000-85,000 DOE
Benefits: Medical, dental, optical, and life insurance; retirement plan; potential performance bonus, two weeks paid vacation plus one day for each additional year worked; paid holidays plus one personal day.

Abeyta Nelson Injury Law was established in 1981. We are the leading personal injury law firm in Eastern Washington and recognized as one of the best in the state. We have five attorneys and a support staff of 11. Our home office is in Yakima with staffed branch offices in Ellensburg and Sunnyside. We’re poised for more growth.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a personable, dynamic, and highly-organized OM to manage staff and daily operations. As a key member of our leadership team, the OM will oversee administration to ensure the firm operates efficiently while maintaining high standards of client service. This role requires a proactive leader with strong management skills and a passion for delivering excellent client service. The OM will work closely with our attorneys, bookkeeper, and marketing consultant.
Required skills include strong leadership, good work ethic, ability to prioritize, clearly communicate, attention to detail, and computer/tech knowledge.
Law firm experience and knowledge of personal injury case management and legal software is a plus.
