Responsibilities
- Oversee office operations, scheduling, and staff performance to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee calendar management for executives and staff, coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Manage billing, insurance claims, light accounting tasks, payroll processing, and budget oversight.
- Maintain compliance with health regulations and office policies.
- Foster a welcoming, team-oriented environment focused on patient satisfaction and staff collaboration.
- Communicate effectively with doctors and staff to negotiate contracts and manage relationships.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and maintain organized office systems.
- Assist in marketing efforts to promote chiropractic services and drive patient engagement.
- Provide insights into financial processes to support decision-making and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an office manager, preferably in the healthcare or chiropractic setting.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Broad understanding of financials, including accounting principles, payroll, and budgeting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to interact with staff and external partners.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and chiropractic procedures (preferred).
