**Job Overview: **
This is for a position as a Construction Billing Specialist.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial concepts, and the basic procedures for billings in construction.
This is an in-office position only.
**Responsibilities: **
- Prepare payment requisitions for projects and sending, on time.
- Prepare progress billings, AIA billings, and other types of construction billings.
- Coordinate with Project Managers to establish billing timing and procedures/progress billings.
- Follow-up to ensure payments are received on a timely basis.
- Works with Accounts Receivables and Customer to resolve receivable issues.
- Updates and retains customer account information related to special billing conditions, tax status, invoice approval contacts, billing addresses and special billing rates up-to-date.
- Maintain billing log and prepare retention billing at end of project
- Work with project managers to ensure billings are complete, accurate and timely
- Prepare payment requisitions for projects that require schedules of values and supporting schedules.
- Update accounts receivable database with new accounts or new billings, weekly.
- Be able to learn multiple construction management portals.
Pay may vary from posting, depending on experience.

- Proven experience in construction billing, or detailed billing.
- Proficiency in analyzing financial data.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
