Assembler
ABICOR Binzel USA, Inc. a welding equipment manufacturer located in Frederick, MD is recruiting for an As-sembler to work in a fast-paced production department. This positions offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team, where you’ll play a crucial role in the assembly of high-quality welding products. As an Assem-bler, you will be responsible for ensuring precision and quality in all stages of the assembly process, working with a variety of tools and materials to meet production goals.
Essential Functions:
- Read and interpret job order documentation and related assembly drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
- Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, machinery, and fixtures to produce finish products according to specifications.
- During and after assembly, inspect work for conformity to quality standards and job order documentation.
- Test assembled products to ensure functionality and performance.
- On job completion, complete and distribute job and test documentation according to company procedure.
- Follow all safety precautions when using tools, machinery, and chemicals.
- Rotate within different production areas as needed to meet fluctuating demands.
Required Experience/Skills:
- Basic arithmetic ability and counting skills.
- Ability to read and understand order docu-mentation, work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
- Writing skills sufficient to complete job-processing documentation accurately and legibly.
- Ability to make accurate measurements, in-cluding metric measurements.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs. safely with-out assistance, and capable of pulling/pushing approx. 40 lbs.
- Great mechanical aptitude.
- Positive attitude, and ability to remain fo-cused and complete tasks on time.
- Punctual and reliable.

Material Handler (Warehouse)
ABICOR Binzel USA, Inc. a welding equipment manufacturer located in Frederick, MD is recruiting for a Material Handler to work in a fast-paced warehouse department. Some of the daily responsibilities within the warehouse are shipping, receiving, and issuing products to and from the production floor. Warehouse experience is helpful and preferred. Good attendance and job tenure are required. Must be a team player with a positive attitude, good work ethic, able to stand and walk for long periods of time, able to be accurate while working fast-paced, and able to lift up to 40 lbs. Candidates should be flexible with the company’s changing needs to help meet fluctuating demands. Potential for advancement or lead role based on experience, background, and attitude.
Essential Functions:
- Follow instruction of warehouse supervisor.
- Adapt to any assigned task within ware-house department.
- Pick, pack, sort, count, store and correctly process items for storage and/or shipment according to instructions.
- Verify quality, type and amount of material is correct to ship or be received.
- Maintain a positive and cooperative atti-tude.
- Recognize and solve minor issues as they arise.
Required Skills:
- Basic reading, math and computer skills.
