What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sourdough Baking Team position at Abigails Oven?
At Abigail’s Oven, we’re connecting you to bread the way it's been made throughout history. With just three perfect ingredients. Family run bakery, we have been in business for 10 years.
The Position: We’re looking for a Baking Team Member, the pay is $14 per hour, for 25-28 hours per week (more during the summer on Fridays).
REQUIRED TIMES:
Mon. 5:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Tue. 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM
Thu. 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Fri. 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM
*Summer Fridays 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM Farmers Market bread June-October
Job Details:
- Pay starts at $14 per hour.
- Steady up-front hours with solid pay.
- A free sourdough bread stipend.
Requirements:
- Must have or be able to obtain Food Handlers Permit.
- Entry-level position, no experience necessary, will train on-site.
- Must be dependable, positive, reliable, and work well with others.
- Must be good at following instructions, and have good attention to detail.
- Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
Responsibilities:
- Process loaves.
- Maintain the bakery.
- Load Ovens, etc.
