Responsibilities :

  • Pitching our services (recruitment, social media management, web design, and more) to SMEs, startups, and established businesses.
  • Managing client relationships from first contact to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activity.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities
  • Requirements

  • At least two years of proven sales experience, preferably in a commission-based or remote role.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and take initiative.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales goals.
  • Comfortable utilizing virtual tools for communication and remote work.
  • Familiarity with U.S. markets is a plus.
  • Assist in creating and refining sales materials to communicate our services to clients effectively.
