Responsibilities :

Pitching our services (recruitment social media management web design and more) to SMEs startups and established businesses.

Managing client relationships from first contact to closing deals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Conduct sales presentations negotiate contracts and successfully close deals.

Maintain accurate records of leads client interactions and sales activity.

Collaborate with the team to develop strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities

Requirements

At least two years of proven sales experience preferably in a commissionbased or remote role.

Exceptional communication presentation and negotiation skills.

Strong ability to work independently manage time efficiently and take initiative.

A resultsdriven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales goals.

Comfortable utilizing virtual tools for communication and remote work.

Familiarity with U.S. markets is a plus.

Assist in creating and refining sales materials to communicate our services to clients effectively.
