Abilene High School is seeking applications for the postiion of head golf coach. This position starts in late February and continues through the conclusion of the season in May.

__teaching the fundamental physical skills of the sport.
__helping players make consistent improvement in their personal game.
__teaching the etiquette of the sport.
__organizing and overseeing practices.
__communicating expectations and pertinent informatioin with players, parents, and course officials.
__taking players to scheduled meets and overseeing their performance.
__abiding by school, district, and KSHSAA guidelines and policies.
__overseeing an assistant coach if one is on staff.
__showing passion and love for a life long activity.
__enouraging players and notifying players of opportunities outside fo the season.
