💰 Pay: $50.00/hour mileage reimbursement at $0.56/mile

Abilities, LLC is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a part-time capacity. The Community RN will support individuals with developmental disabilities living in community-based residential settings by completing monthly in-person health assessments and nursing documentation for each person served (approximately 20 individuals/month).
This is a flexible, autonomous role that allows the RN to complete visits on their own schedule, coordinated with the individual’s availability.
💼 Key Responsibilities:- Perform one in-person physical assessment per individual monthly
- Complete and sign a monthly nursing report for each individual
- Identify and document health concerns or changes and share with the support team
- Work collaboratively with our Community LPN to ensure consistent, high-quality care and medical follow-up
- Provide nursing consultation to direct support staff and Residential Program Managers
- Ensure compliance with Abilities, LLC policies, HIPAA, and Missouri DMH regulations
- Maintain accurate, timely, and professional documentation
- Active, unencumbered RN license in Missouri
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (IDD or community-based services preferred)
- Own personal vehicle and valid auto insurance
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background screening and drug testing
- Excellent documentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage monthly scheduling
- $50.00 per hour
- Mileage reimbursement at $0.56 per mile for travel between homes
