Key Responsibilities:
- Overall provision of services and supports for individuals with disabilities.
- Develop and review service plans to ensure individuals receive identified and desired outcomes.
- Provide direction and supervision to Assistant Residential Program Manager(s) and Life Skills Instructors.
- Assist in hiring and training for staff at the group home setting.
Essential Qualifications:
- BA/S degree preferred or equivalent experience in human services.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of NY OPWDD regulations preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
