Job Summary
We are seeking passionate individuals to support adults with developmental and physical disabilities in our day programs or out in the community.
About Ability Beyond
We provide community habilitation services to individuals all over Westchester County, offering flexible hours and schedules.
You can work part-time, full-time, or as a per diem staff with us.
What You'll Do
- Provide one-to-one training to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities to develop or enhance independent living skills.
- Support individuals in group homes, independent living, or with their families.
- Help individuals gain independence in activities of daily living such as laundry, housekeeping, and money management.
- Engage in fun group and solo activities like sports games, wrestling matches, plays, and dinner outings.

Requirements
We offer:
