About Our Community Habilitation Program:
Our person-centered approach helps individuals improve their independent living skills and participate in social and recreational activities. We provide one-to-one training to develop or enhance the skills needed to live more independently in their homes and in the community.
Responsibilities:
- Support individuals in gaining independence to perform activities of daily living such as laundry, housekeeping, and money management
- Engage in fun group and solo activities, including sports games, wrestling matches, plays, and dinner outings
