Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and monitor behavioral interventions based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles.
- Collect and analyze research data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and client records in accordance with HIPAA standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide training and support to staff, caregivers, and family members on behavioral strategies.
- Advocate for clients by promoting their rights and access to necessary services.
