Inspects aircraft components for conformance to customer and engineering standards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspects products for conformance to customer and engineering standards
- Participates in related production support functions as directed by team lead/manager
- Performs mid to complex quality control checks of mechanical components
- Determines inspection methods, operations, sequences
- Set-ups repairs, overhaul documentation
- Learns to assist Lead on process planning and flow
- Learns to assist Lead in training employees
- Must have a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification
- Technical education or FAA Airframe & Powerplant license preferred
- Dynamic component repair, overhaul, and maintenance experience is preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an airport security badge through the local airport authority, if applicable
