Our Client in Mattapoisett, MA is seeking a Office Payroll Clerk..
Overview :
Working for a Non-Profit Human Service Agency providing supports to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Position is a PT Clerk in Finance Office reporting to the Finance Director $22.00 / hr deepening on relative experience (Temp to Hire )
Duties to Include :
Work with the Finance Director and Assistant Finance Director to process bi-weekly payroll, eventually assuming payroll lead.
Work with the Assistant Finance Director to process weekly accounts payable and cash disbursements
Work in collaboration with Human Resource Manager to ensure that employee records for onboarding, payroll, and benefits are accurate and up to date in payroll system.
